Sean attended Harrisburg public schools and was pursuing an Associate’s Degree in culinary arts from Harrisburg Area Community College. He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan and enjoyed gospel music and cooking. He was a member of Lingo Memorial Church of God in Christ.
Sean is survived by his parents; as well as his aunts, Dr. Ollie C. Milligan, Patricia A. Milligan, and Sarah Lou Robinson; cousins; and a host of other relatives and friends.
A private memorial will be at the discretion of the family.
