

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Sharon Kay Regal, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, who peacefully embraced the loving arms of her Savior, Jesus Christ, on January 4th, 2025. Sherry was surrounded by the love and comfort of her devoted husband, and family, as she departed this world.
Born on November 13, 1944, Sherry was a beacon of light and love to all who knew her. She lived a life full of grace, kindness, and unwavering faith. Sherry graduated from Bishop McDevitt High School, Class of 1963, and retired from Upper Allen Township. Her legacy is one of compassion, devotion, and the countless memories she created with her family and friends.
Sherry is survived by her cherished husband of 57 years, Joseph F. Regal Jr.; her sister, Carol Groty; brother, John Easton; her three sons: Sean, Shane, and Cole; her daughter, Kelly Hambright, and son-in-law, Kevin Hambright. She also leaves behind her beloved daughters-in-law: Renee, Pamela, and Genevieve. Sherry’s love and warmth extended to her ten grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, each of whom held a special place in her heart.
Sherry's life was a testament to her faith and her deep love for her family. Her gentle spirit, boundless generosity, and joyful presence will be profoundly missed but forever cherished.
A celebration of Sharon’s life will be held January 25th 11AM at the Community Center at Christ Community Church 1201 Slate Hill Rd Camphill Pa. An open house will be following the service from 1-4PM at her home at 700 Drexel Hills Blvd, New Cumberland. All are welcome. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Alzheimers Association.
