William V. Richett

He was born December 3, 1919, in Altoona, to the late Michael and Marie Donata Richett.

Bill served in the US Army Air Corps, US Air Force, and US Air Force Reserve and retired as a LT Colonel.

Surviving are daughters Diana Richett and Valerie Richett; son William Richett, Jr.; granddaughter Erin Richett; great grandsons Sawyer and Logan Buttolph; nephew Carl Barna; niece Karen Barna; and many other nieces and nephews. Including his wife and parents, preceding him in death are brothers: Herman, twin George, Anthony, Nicholas, and Arthur; sisters Marie Chirdon and Adele Brinton; and dogs Kippie, Dukie, and Amos.

A memorial mass will be held Thursday, November 17, 2016, at 9:30 AM at St. Margaret Mary Church, 2800 Paxton Church Rd, Harrisburg, PA 17110. Interment will be immediately after at 11:00 AM at Indiantown Gap National Cemetery with full military honors.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Margaret Mary Church.
