Arthur Raymond Esmond, 82 of Hemet, California passed away on Sunday, April 5, 2015, at Kaiser Permanente - Riverside Medical Center in Riverside, California. He was born Tuesday, May 24, 1932, he was the son of the late Hubert and the late Eleonard Chouinard Esmond. He was the husband to the love of his life, Micheline Le Cavalier Esmond for over 50 years. They traveled all over Canada and visited family in Victoria. He liked to solve crossword puzzles, play cards, poker and visit the local casinos. Ray has lived in the valley for over 44 years. He volunteered for the Hemet Police Department for over 9 years. Ray liked to do home improvement projects around the house. He was from a generation that fixed things rather than make a purchase of a new product. His family describes Ray as a hard worker, good sense of humor and very loving. Surviving is his wife, Micheline Esmond, son Steve Esmond. Services will be private.
