Billie Ruth Simpson, age 93, of Moreno Valley, California, passed away, Monday, December 4, 2017, in Moreno Valley, California. She was born on November 16, 1924 in Cutler, Illinois to the late William and Hazel Kerr. Billie was the loving wife of Malcolm Simpson.
Billie was deeply loved and admired by her family. Her signature gift of joy, shown through her constant smiling and laughter will never be forgotten. She will be missed and forever loved.
Those left to cherish her memory are, husband, Malcolm Simpson; daughter, Judy Gale; grandchildren, Diana Bianco and Maria Gale Schmidt. great-grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
