Victoria Elena Hernandez

September 4, 1984May 12, 2019

Victoria Hernandez went home to be with her Lord and Savior Sunday May 12, 2019. As of recent, Victoria had beaten cancer and devoted her life to God in honor of Him healing her. Her devotion to God and her firm belief in His power gave her peace to go with the Lord when her time came.

Victoria was born September 4th 1984 to David Vasquez and Graciela Esquivel and at a young age accepted Michael Esquivel as her father. She loved her parents with all of her heart. She is survived by her husband Rolando Hernandez of whom she loved dearly. She is also survived by her grandmother Castula Lara, her siblings Sonia M Garza (Max), David L Vasquez (Amanda), Jose N Vasquez, Karina Vasquez, Andrea Vasquez and Christopher Vasquez along with many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. She is preceded in death by her uncle Armando Lara, her grandfather Jose Encarnacion Lara, and her father David Vasquez.

Victoria enjoyed spending time with her husband, going to the movies, out to dinner, watching various Netflix TV shows, dancing, and time with friends and family. Victoria loved her family and friends dearly. She would do anything for them without question no matter what it was. She valued quality time with her nieces and nephews and sometimes looked to them to lift her spirits during tough times. Victoria had a positive and uplifting spirit about her that everyone who met her wanted to be a part of. She inspired many with her fighting spirit and positive outlook on life. Victoria’s mission in life was to spread the word and share what God had done in her life and what He could do for others.

Our beautiful fighter, loving, kind hearted, forgiving, inspirational, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend will forever be missed by many.

Visitation will take place from 11am to 1pm at Lakeshore Memorial Services 11939 James St. in Holland and a graveside service at 1:45pm at the Fennville Cemetery 124th Avenue or M89 Fennville, MI 49408.

I'm going to miss you dearly Vicky. But I'm truly grateful for all the memories we had and made together. My favorites will always be our women's Christmas dinners at our church. Especially when we tell my mom & Sonia... Y'all better stop with drink all the wine! We ain't never gonna get invited again! 😂 oh and when you know who drank the gravy thinking it was soup!!! 😂
These are some of the best memories I will forever remember.

I remember in our early 20's getting drunk at Gary's in Fennville... all of us on the trampoline laughing, and talking about life... So many happy memories with friends, and family... i may havnt bee around physically as a friend for a very long time, but the times we did have I'll always cherish...
