Dorothy Harris, 91, of Homewood passed away on May 8th. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James Girard Harris. She is survived by her five children: Jane (Pat) Vallely of Rochester, NY; James G. Harris III of Montgomery, AL; William (Yvonne) Harris of Elberta, AL; David (Kristi) Harris of Pelham, AL; and Mike (Jan) Harris of Pelham, AL; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
A funeral mass is scheduled for Saturday, May 10th at 10 AM at Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church. Family and friends will be received prior to the mass at 9 AM.
