James Clarence Anderson, 84, passed away February 22, 2020. He was preceded in death by his father Lloyd Harold Anderson, his mother Editha Ann Calhoun, his brothers William Allen Anderson and Robert Lloyd Anderson, and his sister Carol Ann Anderson.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife of almost 60 years, Doris Anderson, his daughter Deborah Lynn Watkins, his sons William R. Hensley and Ronald W. Hensley, and his sister Georgia Lea Anderson. James also leaves behind 7 Grandchildren and 9 Great-grandchildren.
James proudly served in the U.S. Army, from which he was honorably retired after 20 years. He was also a lover of fishing and wrestling. The service for James Anderson will be private for the family. The arrangements for James are provided by Reeves Funeral Home, of Hope Mills, N.C.
