Doloris Watson Brown

Doloris Watson Brown, age 73, a resident and native of Morgan City, died Saturday, at 8:42 PM at Terrebonne General Medical Center Visitation will be at Mt. Zion Baptist church, Saturday, July 24th, from 8:00 AM until funeral at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in the Morgan City Cemetery. Mrs. D. leaves to cherish her memory; her husband, Clarence Brown, Sr., of fifty-six years of Bayou Vista, La., two sons, Clarence Brown, Jr. of Morgan City and Billy (Stephanie) Brown of Berwick; two daughters, Regina Brown of Bayou Vista and Dana Brown of Houston; four adopted daughters, Clarice Brown of Royal Air Force Mildehall, United Kingdom, Candice Brown of LaRose, Nicole Watson of Morgan City, and Lisa Johnson of Gonzales, La; one sister, Joan Watson of Morgan City; three brothers, Jackie Lee Watson, Sr.(Brenda), Eric Watson, Sr., and Gerald (Mary) Watson, Sr. all of Morgan City, one step-brother, Arthur Allen and one stepsister, Rita Mae Allen both of Morgan City, six sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, seven grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, four brothers, a sister, a son, one nephew and two great grandchildren.
