Julie Johnson, age 39, a resident of Amelia, died Sunday, November 21st at 2:06 AM at Teche Regional Medical Center. Visitation will be held at Pilgrim Grove Baptist Church in Amelia, La., Saturday, Nov 27th from 9:00 AM until funeral at 11:00 AM. Burial will be in the Union Bethel AME Cemetery. Julie leaves to cherish her memories her parents; Leroy Jones and Hilda Jones, a son, Joshua Johnson, a daughter, Tiara Johnson, five sisters, Martha Ford, Mrs. Isaac (Kanersha) Joseph, Mrs. Perry (Bessie) Wilson, Mrs. John (Connie) Williams and Karen Jones all of Amelia, La., and a host of relatives and friends Julie was preceded in death by her husband, a sister, a brother and a brother-in-law.
