Rebecca Foster, age 71, a native of Franklin and a resident of Bossier City, died Tuesday, Jan 18th at Pilgrim Manor Guest Home in Bossier City @ 9:50 AM. Rosary, Tributes and Ladies of Peter Claver @ St. Jules Catholic Church, Tuesday, Jan 25th, from 11:00 AM until funeral service @ 12:00 PM. Burial will be in St. Jules Catholic Cemetery. Rebecca leaves to cherish her memories her husband, Louis Foster of Franklin; five daughters, Janice Wiggins of Franklin, Redina Hall of Miami, Fl., Angela Jones of Abbeville, Felicia Polidore of Bossier City and Twanda Davis of Los Angeles, Calif; one son, Timothy Parker, Jr. of Lafayette, La; three brothers, Samuel Jones, Jr. of Jacksonville, N. C., Joseph Jones and Peter Bryant both of Port Arthur, Tx; sixteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
