David Bryan Neidhart, age 59 of Houston, TX, formerly Austin, passed away on October 13, 2019. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 26, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. at Tres Hewell Mortuary Chapel in Seguin, TX with Deacon Nick Carrillo officiating. A private interment will follow at Guadalupe Valley Memorial Park. All are welcome to visit with the family afterwards at the Neidhart house on Lake McQueeney.
David was born on April 22, 1960 in Austin, TX to A.C. and Rose Ann (Pollan) Neidhart. He was an avid fisherman, and spent his time catching fish all over the Gulf and Caribbean. David also loved sports, especially football - his favorite team was The University of Texas Longhorns where he graduated from in 1983. He worked as a Certified Public Accountant for more than 30 years, and had his own accounting firm for over 18 years. He very much enjoyed spending as much time as possible with his family and friends. David was always there to lend a helping hand to anyone he knew and loved.
He is preceded in death by his parents and sister, Kathryn Benson. Survivors include his wife, Nancy Neidhart; daughter, Jessica Neidhart and fiancé Dane Burrows; stepchildren, Ben Rogers and Lauren Ivey; brothers, Charles Neidhart and wife, Janice, John Neidhart and fiancée Katherine Miller; nieces, Megan Neidhart, Melissa Neidhart, and Shelby Benson; nephews, Stephen Benson, Preston Neidhart, Nathan Neidhart, and Carter Neidhart; and many other loving family members and friends.
