Anna Louise Plaehn, entered eternal rest on Monday October 30th 2023, leaving behind her beloved son, N. L. Plaehn Jr., grandson David and wife, Kara, great-grandson, Griffin, and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her husband of 63 years, Norwood Plaehn, Sr., her parents, Walter and Mary Henson, six brothers and three sisters.
She worked 25 years in the chemical industry, and retired in 1987 to enjoy a life of travel, reading, music, painting, card-games, friends, and church.
A visitation will be held at 1pm prior to the service. A memorial service will be held at Forest Park Lawndale Funeral home and Cemetery on Saturday November 18th, 2023 at 2pm.
