Dear Borgan Family Members,

I have wept with you but know that there is no relationship like that of a Mother to her children.
I know that you will miss her presence here on earth – she was such a wonderful model to many of us – a woman of strength, great character, a genuine faith which she practiced daily in her walk with the Lord. She was a fine example to her younger ‘sisters’ and always had time for them.
I will never forget the night she came over to our Sun City home to pray for my husband. She brought along her anointing oil from the Holy Land. She anointed him with the oil and prayed in the Spirit over him. Her only thoughts were for him and his healing. She held his hands in hers and prayed for a long long time with no regard to the hour of the evening – just him. What a blessing he received from her.
We spent a lot of time together in Bible studies and her wisdom was always so welcome. All the ladies at our church LOVED her so much and they still do.
One of the memory exercises I would ‘play’ with her was remembering all the great grandchildren’s names and the parents! She did well! She loved them all so much – her eyes would sparkle when she would tell me about them. Even though some were far away and she had not seen them, she was 'seeing' them with all her heart!
This earth will not be the same without your sweet saint of a Mother She now abides in Heaven -- How glorious it must be!
I pray I will be worthy to get to visit with her again!

Sent with Love and great sympathy for the entire family,
Barbara Elder
