Our condolences go out to the family of Jane. It was a privileged to work with and learn from Jane; she was a great teacher/mentor/friend. We learn so much from her …. I missed the time that I can come and talk to her, shared the memories of school, kids and got great advise and encouraged words to move forward. Thank you for your kindness and support. You are always in my heart. Love from the Phos

I am very blessed that I got to know Jane, if only for a little while. I was a Systems Programmer at Sisters Of Charity of the Incarnate Word and Jane was a Systems Engineer at IBM and she was the person we relied on when the ox was in the ditch and nothing else would pull him out. She always got us back up and running. Thanks very much for letting our lives touch for a few brief instants.

Fond memories of you, Jane, go back to our high school years, and maybe before. We "Fab Four" (you, Kate, Pearl and I) had so many good get-togethers in those years and then when we all re-connected long after. I'll always remember your kindness, wit and creativity. Thank God for your life. Blessed be. Mary Hyatt

Thank you, Jane, for all those good times we had at Lanier, and at Lamar with you and Mary and Kate, best of friends, and for the friendship we have sustained after our reumion, fifty years later. Thank you for all your fine, handcrafted gifts and other gifts so thoughtfully chosen, and for understanding me. Thank you for letting me take pleasure in thinking up gifts for you. It's hard to stop doing it. Everywhere I see things and think, "Jane would like that!" I will always remember you and be grateful for your loving-kindness and loyalty, like a sister's. I will remember your adventurous spirit and fine sense of the ridiculous.

55 years of memories, 55 years of joy, 55 years of daring and caring and sharing. I have learned much from Jane, shared much with Jane, enjoyed our times together, hoped for many more years of enjoyment and enrichment from our contact and communications, count Jane as one of my sisters-by-choice. Man proposes, God disposes. Rest you well, Jane, until we meet again. Love, Kate
