I’m going to miss my friend. I met Joe in 1973 where we worked for the same company. We lived in the same subdivision for many years. Our kids played Little League baseball together. We also coached together. Joe always liked to tell the story about when he was the plate umpire for a game I was coaching. I was questioning the his calls on the pitches so he ejected me from the game. For years we laughed about that night. He was always focused on what ever projects he worked on either at work or at home. I can hear him saying “ work first drink beer later”. 😳. I loved that guy. I still owe him an anchor. He took me fishing one morning and told me to throw out the anchor....... well he didn’t say to tie it to the boat. I’ll miss you buddy.
