We were very blessed to have Phil as a friend of the family for over 30 years. Both Peggy and Phil were the best constant in my boys life particularly Ryan who would cry hysterically when they left. We loved him a lot.

The memory of Phil’s kindest and smile will be in our hearts 💕 forever. The Wilck’s

My family lived next door to Phil's family from the late fifties until 1965 or so. He was 2 years older than my brother and I remember that we used to do things together, though I cannot recall what they were. He was pleasant, and hearing of his sudden departure leaves me sad. I suppose I last saw him before I graduated from high school in 1965. Yet he is a significant memory and part of my life and his passing is a huge loss to my sense of who is in the world and part of me. My condolences and my sadness are both quite sincere and real. Goodbye to a friend.

Peggy and family,

I was a classmate of Phil's. I enjoyed visiting with you two at some of our class reunions. I will miss seeing you both at our future reunions. He was a nice guy, and I'm sorry to hear of his passing. May God give you His comfort and peace at this time.
In sympathy,

A persons character is defined by his actions in life! Phil was a thoughtful gentleman, a friend to many and gave of himself when needed. May he rest in peace.
