It is with great sadness that the family of William Charles Fellman announces his sudden passing on Friday, March 12, 2021, at the age of 74.

William (Bill) was born in Davenport, Iowa on October 24, 1946 to Paul William Fellman and Mary Ann Klehn. Bill joined the United States Army in 1967 and served honorably for 23 years until his retirement in 1990. He continued his military work as a contractor until his permanent retirement in 2012. Bill enjoyed traveling, music and attending concerts, was an avid Nascar fan, enjoyed daily rides on his bike, and was a proud grandfather who loved attending every game, dance competition, and tennis tournament he could.

Bill is preceded in death by his parents, wife of 32 years Patricia Ann Fellman (mother of his children), and son Michael William Fellman. He is survived by his wife Carole Jean Fellman, Houston, Texas; daughters Julia (Keith) Phillips, Savannah, Georgia, Amy (Mike) Street, Montgomery, Texas, and Angela (Matthew) Foster, Katy, Texas; grandchildren Sydney Street and Carson Street; siblings Larry (Jean) Fellman, Rock Island, Illinois, Linda Reedy, Bettendorf, Iowa, and Dan Fellman, Walcott, Iowa.
