Artie Lee Howe, aged 82 passed away peacefully at home after a short illness. Artie was born August 22, 1937 in Madera, California. He grew up in Waterford, California and attended Oakdale High School.

Artie served in the United States Air Force for four years and went on to work as a Master Detective for the Modesto Police Department for 32 years.

Artie is survived by his daughter, Yvonne Morales and son Coleman Johnson, 3 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.

Graveside services are being held on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 10:00am in the Evergreen Garden at Lakewood Memorial Park.
