Mary Jo LaCross

She was a hard-working cannery supervisor for Tillie Lewis and Susie Bell canneries for 40 years. Mary was born in Oklahoma City, OK & came to California in her teens. She was a graduate of Modesto High School. She was preceded in death by her late husband of many years, Sam LaCross.

Mary leaves behind her sons David and Randy (Sheri) and grandsons Travis and Justin (Myra) and great-granddaughters Alyssa and Brooke and great-grandson Damian.

As well as her late husband Sam LaCross, Mary was preceded in death by her parents Joe Cook and Eulah Cook, sister Dorothy Monroe and brother Charles Hereford. She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends.

A Graveside service will be held at Lakewood Memorial Park in the Hillcrest Garden at 1 p.m. on Monday January 28, 2019.
