Helen Marie Bain Loftin, age 73 of Spring, Texas, passed away Monday, November 4, 2019, with her family by her side. She was born to the late Floyd Kenneth Bain and Hila Mae Sinor Bain on September 29, 1946 in Houston, Texas. She married Robert Loftin in Houston in 1964, and they were married 35 years.
Helen was preceded in passing by her husband Robert. Helen is survived by her five children, Steven, Stephanie, Deborah, Daniel and Christina. She is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
Helen worked for over twenty eight years for the Houston Northwest Medical Center where she earned employee of the year. She made too many friends to list and loved working there.
Helen was immensely proud of her children. She spoke of them often and talked about them to anyone and everyone who would listen. She was a proud Texan who loved baseball and her Astros. Helen was a sweet, kind woman who leaves behind nothing but beautiful memories.
A visitation will be held Friday, November 8, 2019 from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at the Calvary Hill Funeral Home. The funeral will begin at 2:00 pm with her burial directly after at Calvary Hill Cemetery.
