Sorry to hear about the passing of your dad. I have many fond memories of your family; camping, staying over night, etc. I remember once when I was at your house and your dad was near the garage and I was walking toward the street down your driveway. He yelled "Catch" at me. I turned around and was not able to catch the item and it shattered in your driveway. I was upset I had caused this and your dad was smiling at me. He had thrown a clay target pigeon!
Your family was a wonderful influence in my life! Thanks to all of you!

P.S. Maggie also has fond memories of working with your mom at Penny's in Norfolk.

Deepest sympathy to all the Furstenau family. Mr. Furstenau was my fahther figure, taking me on camping, hunting, & fishing trips. His easy going manner, generosity, & understanding of just how much it meant to be apart of the family spoke volumes to me and shaped my fatherhood.

Our deepest heartfelt sympathy goes to Junior's family. We loved running into him on his walks. He always waved and smiled if he was in the car passing by. We will miss him around our neighborhood. What a wonderful reunion must have taken place when he and Gladys saw each other again. We hope you find peace and happiness in the knowledge that your parents are together and will be watching over you in a way they've never been able to before. With love and hope for a better day - Blake and Wendy Maxfield
