Her faith and love impacted anyone who met her, and many were blessed by her thoughtfulness, her encouraging words, and definitely her baked brownies!
She taught in Catholic, public and state schools. She also taught the blind in Michigan and Tennessee. She then found her professional home at the Indiana School for the Deaf, where she taught for 28 years before retiring in 1994.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, April 16 at 12 pm at Christ the King Catholic Church. Service entrusted to Feeney-Hornak Keystone Mortuary. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions in Sally’s name may be made to Christ the King Catholic Church or the Indiana School for the Deaf.

May the road rise to meet you.
May the wind be always at your back.
May the sun shine warm upon your face;
And the rains fall soft upon your fields,
And until we meet again,
MAY GOD HOLD YOU in the palm of His hand.
