Timothy ScotT Downen

Timothy Scott Downen, 58, of Lakeland, FL, lost his battle with oral cancer on November 14, 2019 at I.U. Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. He was born April 20, 1961 to Mary and Merle Downen in Evansville, IN. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his siblings, Debi (Steve) Niles, Larry (Hilda) Downen, and JoAnn Harkins-Wingerter-Eskew; and several nieces and nephews. His journey began after graduating high school and attending Purdue University. Some highlights of his life were being employed at Cedar Point, Disney World, Busch Gardens, and his dream position with Republic Airlines as a flight attendant based in Indianapolis, IN. Follow his wishes, he will be cremated and a celebration of his life will be held at a later date in Tampa, FL.
