Isiah "Zeek" Wilkins, Jr. -

Of Jackson, MI passed away on August 22, 2020 at the age of 77. Isiah was born in Cleveland MS, on November 4, 1942 to parents Isiah Sr. and Alberta (Beasley) Wilkins. He married Avis Wilkins on May 24, 1968 in Ohio. Isiah worked for 30 years at Goodwill Tire Company. His hobbies include fishing, carpentry, and loved attending Faith Nation Church where he loved being involved with church activities. Isiah is survived by his wife Avis Wilkins; children Isiah Wilkins III and William Alexander Wilkins; grandchildren Felica Hendricks and Isiah Wilkins IV; and great-grandson Liam Leenknecht. He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings Iralee Wilkins, Alberta Wilkins, Delois Wilkins and Calvin Wilkins; and great-grandson Josiah. A Private family celebration of his life will be held on Monday, August 31, 2020 at Patience-Montgomery Funeral Home with Pastor Johnny Walker officiating. A visitation will be held on Sunday, August 30, 2020 from 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Patience–Montgomery Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Faith Nation, 1020 Blackstone St., Jackson, MI 49202.
