Of Parma,Michigan, went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Tuesday, December 8, 2020 at the age of 90. In addition to her parents and six of her nine siblings, she was preceded in death by her husband, Joe D. Fitzpatrick in 2007. She is survived by her daughter, Tracey Samantha (Pete) Chechele; son, Todd (Nancy) Fitzpatrick; five grandchildren, Alicia (Wes) Walczynski, Sydney Chechele, Faith Chechele, Claire Chechele and Melyssa (Nick) Geever; three surviving siblings, Pauline Samson, Aletha “Dovey” Richardson and Floyd (Belva) Dack, as well as nieces, nephews, loving family members and friends including Diane Richardson, David Richardson, Dawn Freeman, Ruthann Twiss, Denise Fry and Jenna Sutton . Luella was born on November 28, 1930 to Clement and Hazel (Benn) Dack in Eaton Rapids, MI and is a graduate of Springport High School. She was a loving homemaker, mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. Before her health began to fail, she was a faithful attender of Clinton Road Baptist Church.

Luella will be laid to rest at Tompkins Cemetery beside her husband on Wednesday, December 16, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. A service to honor her life will be held at a later date.
