Honored and humbled to have shared 40+ years of your friendship. Our two families and the community share a great loss. You put up a magnificent fight against a relentless foe, yet managed to pack in a multitude of experiences the past year! Love you forever and your spirit continues on within us all. Rest in Peace my friend.

So many memories, usually involving food! Gerry was an amazing cook and a great host. We spent time with him and the lovely Beth and Dean and Liz often, usually at Gerry’s house. All though I’ve moved out of Jackson, I will always have such great memories of those days. He will be missed by so many people who’s lives he’s touched. RIP Gerry. XO Rhonda

I had only interacted with Mr Whiting a handful of times in my lifetime, but I can safely say that every time I interacted with him...

- He had a smile on his face and he seemed genuinely happy with life
- He welcomed me to his home and treated me as family
- He always remembered my name
- He radiated positivity

My memories of him will always be incredibly positive and I'm happy to have known him.
