Rhonda Ann Hornsby Adams, age 46 of Jackson, passed away on Tuesday morning at Jackson General Hospital.

Rhonda was born on September 25, 1971 in Jackson, TN to Frank and Carol Hornsby.

She is survived by her parents, Frank and Carol Hornsby; a daughter, Alyssa Adams; a sister, Cindy Dalton; and two nephews, Tyler and Nathan Chitwood.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018 at 2:30 p.m. at Highland Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. at George A. Smith and Sons North Chapel on Friday.
