I. Elaine "Penny" Shea

Irene E. "Penny" Shea passed away April 30, 2018. Our loving mother Penny was born in Atlanta, GA and has been a resident of Jacksonville Beach since the early 1960's. She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Deborah Day and sister, Louise Monk. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, children, Barry (Shellie) Day, Randy Day, Penny Lynn Hickman, and Joseph Hickman; grandchildren, Jamie Lyn Behrendsen, Joshua Day, Nicole Adams, Matthew Day, Jeremy Day, Jessica Grantham, Carol Ann Shimp, Jennifer Day, Michael Day, Stormy Day, a host of great-grandchildren and niece, Leslie Waldrep. The family will receive friends Friday, May 4th from 11:30 am until service time at 12:00 noon at HARDAGE-GIDDENS FUNERAL HOME, 1701 Beach Blvd., Jacksonville Beach, FL. She will be interred immediately following services at H. Warren Smith Cemetery.
