Kathy and I worked together at Hendricks Day School. We enjoyed each other and the children we managed to keep in control and teach. We shared many stories, many of which were about her two sons that I personally had in class. When I came to Bolles I was delighted to see Kathy's smiling face. I often stopped by the library, her private domain, before school to catch up on the news and complain about the government. I'll miss her greatly.

Kathy and I went through high school together. She was always such a sweet, friendly girl with a great sense of humor!! Even had the privilege of a couple of dates with her right around graduation time (1969). In those days the girls (mostly) put an 'RMA' on the back of their senior pictures which means 'remember me always'. I had no problem whatsoever doing that for Kathy! My prayers and thoughts go out to the family! May she rest in peace, and recognize me when I get there.

Kathy was a true inspiration and beautiful friend. I will miss our chats and "hanging out" whether on the back porch or in the house. Sincerely, Ned & Sue

Kathy and I were close friends all through high school. We did a lot of giggling together.
When she and Rich got married, I was honored to be in her wedding party. Such a beautiful couple and so in love.

Rest in peace dear friend and beautiful lady.

Dear Rich
I am truly sorry to know Kathy has passed. She certainly put up one hell of a fight, she was an inspiration every time I saw her. That will be little comfort to you and your family at this time. Breast cancer affects so many of us in so many different ways. At the moment I am one of the lucky ones and in remission but live every day knowing it could return.
Gene and I send our fondest love
