Louie met my sister Margie Decker while they were square dancing. They fell in love and had a wonderful life together. He was a special part of our family and like a Dad to me and a Papaw Loudilu to my Grandchildren. I will never forget the trips I was able to take with them to Italy and Greece and then another trip to Israel. He lived to be with Margie and went every day to see that she took her pills and ate something until the day April 7th when he went into the hospital. He was such a special man and I thank God for letting us be a part of his life. We will miss him but I know he is in heaven and we will see him when the time comes for us to join him. Love you Sug!!!!!!

I got to know Louie in 2000 when I started working for Dr Russell his dentist. His partner Margie Decker is sister to Marlene Lucas (my co-worker)and I just loved to see Louie on my schedule. He was such a kind and caring person to everyone. He always had a great smile and a kind word to say. I will miss him so much but know now he is "Somewhere over the rainbow," and pathing the way for us until we see him again. Louie, I will miss you but know now you are at peace. I'll be looking for you in the the sky and nature and will always cherish your memory.

My deepest sympathy to the Bannon family. Louis was one of the first people I met square dancing back in the late 70s. He made square dancing fun!! Jane (Simpson) Harlow
