Teresa is survived by her husband, Thomas Frame, her parents Ronald and Maryann Grathwol, her brother Ron Grathwol, and her brother and sister in-law Charles and Karen Frame.
Teresa was born in Yorktown, Virgina to Ronald Francis Grathwol and Maryann Grathwol. She was a graduate from Osceola High School in 1978. She graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in Botany in 1983. Teresa worked for the Army Corp of Engineers for about 20 years as an Environment Specialist in the Wetlands Mitigation Banking Regulatory department. Caring for the environment was her calling in life and she has worked for the county, the state of Florida, and then the Federal government in various roles around improving, maintaining and regulating wetlands in Florida. On August 19th, 1989, she married the love of her life, Thomas, in Kissimmee, Florida, alongside their closest family and friends.
Teresa was a devoted wife and best friend to her husband Tom. Teresa loved nature in all forms. Teresa was passionate about her work and trying to make a contribution to the environment. She was an artist at heart and saw the beauty in everything. She enjoyed crafts in many forms: drawing, sculpting, sewing, painting, carving, making jewelry, fly tying for fishing, and more. She was passionate about the outdoors and her and Tom enjoyed fresh and salt water fishing, fly fishing, kayaking, snorkeling, scuba diving, skiing, sailing, sailboat racing, boating, and growing orchids. She enjoyed traveling to see Alaska, Hawaii and every other state in the US. She enjoyed all of the animals in nature, so hiking, bird photography, and visiting zoos all over the US were passions that she and Tom enjoyed over many years. She enjoyed spending time with her friends & family. She will be deeply missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her.
