Judi came to stay at my house a couple of summers ago when my grandmother Diana Colfelt was in town. She was taking a shower and my boyfriend walked in on her. She jokingly told him to join her. He was so embarrassed and we all laughed about it later. When I think about Judi, I will think about how funny she was but also how genuinely caring she was. 

This wonderful lady was my sister-in-law and remained so after Jim and I divorced. We stayed in touch and We will miss her. I can see her smile and hear her laugh. I remember the crazy things we did in or after school. 
We are so sorry for the loss of your mother Chris, your sister Jim and Martha.

Judy was so funny and full of life. We had alot of good times with her and Burdette at the Elks Lodge. Such a smart, loving and caring person. She will be greatly missed . Rest in peace Judy.

Ron and I met Judy through our sons. She was a wonderful fan and supporter of her son, Chris! But Judy supported all the boys and cheered their successes! We loved her friendly, sassy energy! Her joyous, friendly spirit made us feel like we knew her forever...until we meet again Judy!

We’ve been friends since October 1966 when we  both were working at Macy’s Downtown for the Buyers.  My heart is broken that you are gone way too soon. I think about you everyday but I know that you are in a better place!  You had the best remarks & could always make me laugh!

Auntie, you were my inspiration for the woman I wanted to become. You were strong and independent and never took anyones crap. I will always regret not making it down to see you but I know in my heart we will meet again. Love you!!!

I have many fond memories of Judi and the years spent as members of Northland Elks Lodge 2376. Judi will always the the honor of being the first woman Exalted Ruler of Lodge 2376.

Judi had a zest for life and making people laugh. Her kindness and friendly spirit will always be remembered.

Words can not express our sadness on the loss of Judy. When we moved from the big city of Boston to Kansas City Martha and Judy took us under their wing, when we visited the Kansas City Northland Lodge 2376. They showed us ELKDOM was alive and well and helped anybody they could. When it came to cooking they could not be beat and it was a pleasure to be part of their team. Judy and Martha came to visit us when we moved to St. Petersburg and Judy loved it so much she moved to St. Pete to share her big heart and humor with us. We all will miss her so much.

Judi was so generous with her time, volunteering at the St Pete Elks Lodge.  She was a wonderful cook and she will be sorely missed for all she was and for all she did for everyone.

Judy was always ready to volunteer her delicious baked goods and worked many, many times in the kitchen at the Elks.  Judy always had something witty to say that would make others laugh.  She will be missed and  never forgotten.  To Our Absent Member!

Judy, Judy, Judy - Your love of people, love of cooking, and caring for others will not be forgotten!  Thank you for looking after your and our friend Joe Slatton!  We know you are making each other laugh again in heaven.  You are the only female Master Barbeque Judge that I ever met.  Guess you are the original Judge Judy!  Thank you for being a good Elk, a good person, and our friend!

Judi was a special lady! She was my Dad's close companion after his wife passed. When his health declined, she offered to be his caregiver. She always had a great attitude and always something funny to say. We will miss her greatly.
