Patricia Hurley, 91, passed away on Wednesday, February 3, 2016. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m, Monday February 8, 2016 at Mt. Moriah, Newcomer & Freeman Funeral Home, 10507 Homes Rd, Kansas City, Missouri. Friends may call from 12:00 noon until service time on Monday. Burial in Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
She was born September 17, 1924 near Fairfax, Missouri. After high school she attended Kansas City University for 2 years. She worked at John Hancock Mutual Life Insurance for 17 years. She was a member of Saint Thomas More Catholic Church. She was married to James C. Hurley for 47 years until his passing in 1995.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Byron B. Boone and her sister Juanita. Survivors include, two sons, James B. Hurley and wife La Juana of Independence, Missouri and son Stephen M. Hurley and spouse Paul D. Conway of Rowlett, Texas; One granddaughter, Tracy L. Hurley of Independence, Missouri; Sister in-law, Patricia Perry of Hannibal, Missouri; and nieces and nephews.
