Renee was a lovely girl. She was in a history class I taught. Bill Morrin asked me if I could find him a student aide and I asked Renee. She was happy to do so and she was a wonderful helper. She not only assisted in the classroom, she kept all the Wrestling statistics all by herself. She was a free spirit, an interesting and wonderful girl. I also always appreciated her mother, Janet, for her help when I was involved in the NEA. Janet was an unselfish and caring person who supported those who were trying to improve the status of teachers My heart bleeds for her now. May her family find comfort in remembering what a wonderful and fantastic person Renee was as they wait for that reunion that will come later.

First as a student, then as a colleague, Renee will always be remembered. Though we've lost a truly unique individual, our lives are richer for having known her. My sincere sympathy to her family and friends. Rest peacefully, dear friend.
