Shirley Mae Richeson, 86, of Shawnee, Kansas, passed away January 8, 2012 at Garden Terrace of Overland Park. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 28th, 2012, in Mt. Moriah Cemetery South, 10507 Holmes Road, Kansas City, Missouri. Mrs. Richeson was born July 12, 1925 in Kansas City, Missouri, daughter of Marvin R. and Emma (Maguire) Whittlesey. She had worked as a financial secretary. She was preceded in death by her husband Harry Richeson. She is survived by her son Mark Cadwell, extended family and friends.
