Nancy Nave Kolek

Nancy Nave Kolek, age 73, passed away January 23rd 2019 at her home in Houston, TX, where she has resided for the past 11 years. Nancy was born on July 4th 1945 to John and Florence Payette Nave. She was a beloved daughter, mother and grandmother. Nancy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Rhode Island College. She was an elementary teacher, in both the Rhode Island and Texas public school system, retiring in 2010.

She is survived by her four children, four grandchildren and two precious dogs. Her daughter, Kristen Kolek Belcourt and her husband Weston Belcourt of Wakefield, RI. Her daughter, Kyla Kolek Zasowski, her husband Nicholas Zasowski and their two sons Avery and Colton Zasowski of Houston, TX, son Todd Jason Kolek, his wife Niki Kolek and their two children Aiden and Kelli Kolek of Houston, TX, son Cory John Kolek of Austin, TX. Finally, her dogs Lucy and Bolt.

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the National Cremation Service, 5400 Highway 6N, Houston, TX 77084. There will be a public Memorial Service on January 28th 2019 from 2:00-4:00 PM at this location.
