Joshua Burch was born in Plano, Texas. He was a loved and cherished son, brother, grand-son, nephew and cousin. Joshua loved sports (especially Auburn football), animals, cooking and music. He will always be remembered as a jokester, musician, athlete and friend. He had a quick sense of humor, a hunger for adventure and an infectious laugh. Joshua also had a remarkable memory and an honest love of learning and teaching.

Although he is sorely missed by so many, Joshua would sincerely want us all to be happy and love each other.

The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. Psalm 34:18

The family cordially invites friends and family to honor Joshua at a catered reception immediately following the Celebration of Life Service. In lieu of flowers, the family humbly requests donations in Joshua’s name to Shriner’s Burn Hospital and St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.

We will always remember Joshua’s strong exterior with his tender heart inside. And that beautiful shy smile! You will be missed, Joshua. Our prayers go out to the Burch’s. You are all loved deeply.

One of Billy's favorite memories of little Joshua was him wanting to wrestle with his dad and brother, 4 or 5 years old, walking around saying "You want a piece of me?!" ❤

I can see Joshua in my mind as if it was yesterday he was a third grader in my class. He was so cute with a head full of black curls and big eyes taking everything in. I am so sorry for your loss. My heart breaks for the family. Please know you all are in my prayers.
