Mary Jo Kienast

She leaves behind 2 children, Jennifer and John Koehler and his wife Michelle Koehler. 1 grandson Riley Koehler. Her Brother Joe Kienast and his wife Deanna Kienast. She worked most of her career helping the disabled in Iowa and California. She served in the Airforce and left as a First Lieutenant. She earned two master's degrees and taught one year in Iowa. After retiring she continued to help others by volunteering at Northwest Charities by selling and repairing items. She was the daughter of Joseph and Nina Kienast. She was an extremely creative person who loved painting, crafting and creating art in many mediums. At the time of her death she was making intricate accessories by hand for american dolls. She passed away peacefully in her sleep. Any memorial donations should be made to your favorite charity in her name.
