James Allen Narmour
January 3, 1946 – March 3, 2018
James Allen Narmour was born January 3, 1946 in Greenwood, MS to parents William and Ola Lee (Turner) Narmour and entered into eternal rest on March 3, 2018 at the age 72. James was a hard worker most of his life, beginning in the cotton fields as a young boy, driving a truck for a while, a diesel mechanic and then a machine fabricator employed by Infrapak for a long time before retiring. He also went about his Father's work: he was a very devout Christian in the Assembly of God Church, a preacher, and evangelist. He loved to give and never turned anyone away. He was the kind of man that always knew when you were doing something wrong. James loved to pray for people and enjoyed fishing and gardening. He was a musical person and liked to play his guitar, banjo and harmonica. James was a very special man who will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved him. James was preceded in death by his parents, late wives Peggy Narmour and Judy Black, sister Aline Bennett and brothers; George and Arthur Narmour. He is survived by: brother Roy Narmour, daughters and sons-in-law: Tina Whitley and James, Trena Narmour-Sanderson and John, Sherry Todd and Glenn, son Kenneth McCormack, daughters Debbie Stultz and Alicia Todd, grandsons: Christopher, Joshua and Jacob Whitley, Geral Bird, Christopher Reeves Jr. and Shawn Reeves, granddaughters: Krysten Reeves, Faith Bartlett, Giada Narmour, great-grandchildren: Destiny, Preston, Devin, Faith, Nevaeh, Steelie, Emily, Mahkayla, Leona, Autumn, Raven, other loving family members and many more friends.
