May 18, 1943 – October 24, 2020
It is with immense sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Lorraine Huppe who passed away at Thunder Bay Regional Health Centre on October 24, 2020 after a hard battle with cancer. She will be deeply missed by husband, David Huppe, daughter, Marilyn Herbacz (Ronald), her two grandchildren, Devin (Steven), Alexander (Cassandra), as well as her great granddaughter Raine, and sister Georgina.
Her life was a living example of the bible verse Ephesian 4:32 – “and be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving one another, just as God also forgave you in Christ”
Lorraine was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She always put others before herself. As a skilled seamstress, knitter, and crafter she has left each of us with precious memories. Lorraine loved all of the holidays and would spend countless hours decorating, cooking, and baking. As a kind and humble soul she always took the time to help out family, friends, and neighbors whenever she could. Lorraine was not afraid to take on new challenges, she was active on her electronic devices and she enjoyed Facebook and talking with family and friends through messenger and email.
We are forever grateful for having you in our lives, you will be missed each and every day.
A private interment will be held in memory of our beloved Lorraine Huppe on Friday, November 6, 2020. Officiated by Father Rudy Manaloto.
