Shirley Louise Lowe Province

Province, Shirley Louise Lowe 79 of Knoxville, TN passed away Thursday, April 5, 2018. She was a longtime member of Temple Baptist Church in Fountain City, TN . Shirley retired from the Standard Knitting Mill after 35 years of faithful service. She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 56 years, Charles A. Province; mother, Cleo B. Pratt Lowe; father, Kenneth R. Lowe. Shirley is survived by brother, Ralph Lowe Jr. Family will receive friends Tuesday, April 10th from 5-7pm at Berry Highland South on Simpson Road with funeral service immediately following at 7pm with Rev. Charles Lawson officiating. Burial will take place Wednesday, April 11th at 11am at Berry Highland South meeting at the graveside.
