Thinking of you Sharon on the first anniversary of your passing. We miss talking to you and think of you often. So unfair that you had to leave this world so young. Rest well friend.

I met Sharon in the 1980s during college years and she would invite me to attend summer events at Artpark in Lewiston where she worked as a host/usher of sorts. She always beamed with life and warm smiles making everyone around her happier for the interaction. The times we spent during the performances, letters we exchanged while we were away at college and for a while after she moved to HI are among the treasures of my youth. Though we haven’t been in touch for decades, I still think of her often and are saddened to learn of her passing. For those of you who had her in your lives, you too know how blessed we all have been. Sharon, sweet soul, Rest In Peace.

Our sincere condolences to Sharon's family and Joe. I never meet anyone in Sharon's family but I would like you to know that I met her in 2008 and over the years we have shared family stories and she always worried about all of you and loved you very much. She will always have a special place in our hearts. Sharon was always caring to me and my family. She definitely loved animals, swimming, clothing and most of all her earrings. She could never have too many earrings (one of our favorite things we had in common) :) I truly hope she didn't suffer too much and knew how much she was loved by so many. She will be missed and gone too soon. Aloha from our family to yours.

A dear friend has left us and we are truly saddened. We first met Sharon 35 years ago when we honeymooned in Honolulu. She was this lovely, friendly girl who shared with us some of her favourite restaurants and sites to see. Over the years we kept in touch by letters, phone calls, and eventually emails & texts. We visited Hawaii several times and always made a point to spend time with her in Kauai. She came to visit us in British Columbia twice and hoped to return again, but this was not to be.
Sharon had such a kind heart, she was caring and funny and fought her brief illness with grace. There are likely some stray animals in heaven that she has taken under her angel wings to nurture.
Our sincere condolences to Joe, her mom and brother, and other family and friends.
You lived in paradise, may you Rest In Peace Sharon.

We will all miss Sharon greatly, our friend!
I had the pleasure of working with Sharon at the Sheraton Kauai Resort in 1991 prior to Hurricane Iniki and we became friends after that. There wasn't an animal Sharon didn't love or care for, not a soul her heart wouldn't go out to in time of need, she was caring, considerate and had a big and kind heart. Will keep her family in our prayers and hope the comfort of their memories will help them get through this time! I have many fond memories family gatherings, camping, her car got flooded at salt pond, many others over the last few decades of times shared with Sharon one of the most recent was at the Billy Graham Crusade on Kauai in May, another GEM is in heaven with the Lord but we will all miss her xo.

Sharon was a kind soul with a big heart. She loved animals and always went out of her way to take care of strays. When we were married living in Lawai, she would bring home strays from her job and nurse them to health and then find homes for them. She was a good person and I will miss her dearly. Rest well Sharon Beth,
You will be missed.

My deepest condolences to family. She had a joyful personality fun to chat with. We worked together at Kauai Coffee Company. About two years ago, she was very excited to hear that my daughter planned wedding ceremony and immediately start looking for dress for me. She was good at selecting what suitable for others. She looked online also went to shopping mall and brought me beautiful pink dress and matching necklace and sandals! On the wedding day I got many compliments about my dress. We sometimes talked about trip to NY near her home Niagara which unfortunately never happened.
I was fortunate to get to know her I will precious our memories .
