Rodney William Padelli

He was born on 8/19/1949 in Kansas City, Kansas to James and Norma Padelli. Ron married the love his life, Sheila (Byrd) and together they built a family and life filled with lots of love and laughter. Rodney was a great golfer, pool player and loved doing crossword puzzles. Ron would go out of his way to help people even if he didn't know them. He could just look at something and figure out a way to fix it. His barbecues were legendary. He really enjoyed having family and friends over o their home for cookouts.

He worked for SPD Transfer as a supervisor until he retired in 2015. Ron loved his job and thought of the people he worked with as family.

Ron's legacy is carried on by his loving wife, 3 children, 4 granddaughters and 3 great grandsons.

He is survived by his loving wife Sheila (Byrd) Padelli of the home. His daughter Rhonda Morgan, Branson MO. Sons; Rodney Padelli wife Elyssa. KCK and Sean Padelli, Haysville, KS. Four granddaughters; Morgan, Cassandra Padelli, Phoenix Copple and Sierra Copple, and 3 great grandsons. His three brothers, Cecil Padelli wife Shelly, Jimmy Padelli wife Kathleen and Dominic Padelli wife Kim.

His wide circle of friends and family members will feel his absence forever.

A Celebration of Life to honor Ron's life will be held later this summer in his hometown of Kansas City, KS.
