Emily Adell Guminski

On May 2, 2020, Emily Guminski, passed away peacefully at home after a short battle with a brain tumor. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert Guminski and grandson, Scott Persia. She is survived by her three children, Judy Persia (Brian), Tom Guminski (Sally) and Pat Guminski, her two grandchildren, Sherrill Krusac (Tim) and Kara Guminski, grand-daughter-in-law Maria Persia, and two great grandchildren, Ethan Krusac and Mia Persia.

Emily Lived in The Villages for 31 happy years. She was very involved in the St. Timothy Catholic Church Women’s Guild. One of her proudest achievements was being president of the guild and instrumental in holding the first Christmas Bazaar, which has continued to run over the years to raise funds for the church. She also very involved with the Silver Lake Women’s Club, holding multiple offices over the years.

Her celebration of life will be held at a later date at St Timothy Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to: Compassionate Care Hospice, 304 LaGrande Blvd, The Villages, FL 32159
