Larry Odell Smith

Mr. Larry Odell Smith, 72, of LaGrange, GA peacefully passed away Wednesday, May 9, 2018 at his home. Mr. Smith was born February 17, 1946 in Thomaston, GA to the late William Odell Smith and Manie Partain Smith. He will be remembered as an outdoorsman, loving to fish, hunt and keeping a well-manicured lawn. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Marcus H. Smith and David L. Smith.

Survivors include his loving wife, Ruth Blake Smith; children, Donna Lynn Cook, Larry Odell Smith Jr, Lisa Deanne Wright, Justin David Smith, Russell Smith, Lonnie Wayne Blake and Richard Allen Blake; a blended family of 15 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

The Gathering of family and friends will be from 3:00pm until 7:00pm Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Striffler-Hamby Mortuary.
