Nancy L Creed

Mrs. Creed was born August 20, 1936 in LaGrange, GA, daughter of the late William Moon and Ollie Dewberry Moon. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church and was employed with Milliken and Company, Hillside Plant, before retiring. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ellis Junior Creed, a son, Rex Creed, and a grandson, James Creed.

Survivors include her children, Alex Creed (Beth), Cynthia Scott, and Rhonda Wingo (Stacey); grandchildren, Dawn, Jack, Cristen, Megan, Annabelle, Dena, Courtney, and Justin; 21 great grandchildren; brother, Charlie Frank “Buddy” Moon (Shirley); and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.

The Celebration of Life service will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, November 4, 2023 at Northside Baptist Church with Pastor Ronnie Sanders officiating. Burial will follow in Restlawn Memory Gardens. The gathering of family and friends will be on Saturday from 1:00 P.M. to 2:00 P.M. at the church.
