Ramona Bellavista, age 85, of Lakewood, New Jersey passed away on Monday, October 30, 2023. Ramona was born in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, and had been a resident of Lakewood. She retired from her position at Monmouth Medical Center Southern Campus where she was known as a "Ray of Sunshine," to everyone there. She was be fondly missed by all her family and friends in her local community. Wife of the late Edilberto Bellavista; she is survived by her children, Ronald, Marie, Barbara and Edilberto; her 12 grandchildren and her extended family. Ramona was more than happy to be the central figure in the lives of her children. Anyone who knew them knew that she was a star in their eyes, and that's all that ever mattered to her. A visitation for Ramona will be held Saturday, November 4, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at D'Elia Funeral Home, 1300 Vermont Avenue, Lakewood, NJ 08701, followed by a funeral service from 6:00 PM.
