Mr. William D. Bradley Jr. 66 of Landis, passed away on October 10, 2013 at CMC Northeast. Born on April 7, 1947 in Augusta, Ga. he was the son of the late William D. Bradley Sr. and Evelyn Hamilton Bradley. Educated in the Georgia schools, he attended First Freewill Baptist Church in China Grove. Mr. Hamilton served his country in the US Army during the Viet Nam War, recieving the Purple Heart Medal. His work was with Helping Hands Transport as a truck driver. Those left to cherish his memory is his wife Paula Chapman Bradley, daughter Samantha Peeler (David) of Salisbury and step son Matt Alman (Mildred) of S.C. Also surviving him are his brothers; Ronnie Bradley(Jean), Kenny Bradley (Elaine) and Allen Bradley (Sandra) all of Salisbury and Walter Bradley (Jeanette) of Macon Ga. His grandchildren are Tylor Pruett, Hannah Bradley, Kris and Aiden Peeler, and Jessica and Austin Mitchum.

Visitation will be on Sunday from 1:00 til 2:00 at Linn Honeycutt Funeral Home in Landis, with funeral at 2:00 also at the funeral home with Rev.Mark Murphy, minister. Burial will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park. Online condolences may be made to the family at

i miss u daddy wish i could have u back but i will always have u in my heart u are so speacial to me i remember how u use to pick me up from school in the helping hands van and how u always told me that u want me to have a bright future and how u always had faith in me....... getting help for u now gonnna make u feel like u raised me right because u did and we will always be george strait buddies but most importantly we will be good friends and will always be family i miss u daddy- hannah ur baby girl

We were so sorry to hear of Mr. Bradley's death. He was such a nice person. May God Bless him for taking such good care of his grand-daughter;Hanna. I know that Hanna will miss him so.
