Judy K. BOLTON, age 65, of Lansing, Michigan passed away on Friday, July 16, 2021. Judy was born February 5, 1956.

Judy Bolton left us unexpectedly July 16th. She will be missed my many. There is comfort in knowing her grief over the loss of her son, Jonathan Bolton, is over.

She leaves behind many to cherish memories of her: sister, Janet (Sam) Williams of Ocala Florida; niece, Julie (James) Robinson; aunts, Glenna (Duane) Ginther, Donna Wolfrom, and Mary (Richard) Doyle of Laingsburg, MI. Blessed with many cousins, her memory will live on.

While working at GM Fisher Body she became involved with UAW 602. She was dedicated to them and very much enjoyed working with others to put on their employee picnics. After retiring, she became involved with VFW Post 701. She was dedicated to helping our veterans. The outpouring of support to her family is much appreciated.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to make a donations, please either make them to VFW Post 701 or to the family to help with funeral expenses.

Fond memories and expressions of sympathy may be shared at

Judy and I served together as District Commander and District President for District 6 VFW. Judy was a dedicated and hard working President and an even better person. I am so happy to have called Judy a friend. I will always remember the testimonial dinner she arranged for us. Rest in peace, Madam President.

I met Judy while Volunteering at the VFW. She was always so warm, sweet, caring and helpful to me. She was a very special lady, gone too soon and will be greatly missed.

Judy - You were a spitfire of a fierce woman! I remember working with you (Fisher Body era) with the UAW Women's Committee and the fantastic job you did! Your infectious laughter and 'can-do' spirit was indeed refreshing. May your rest in Eternal Peace - You will be missed my many!
